pre-surgical focused program

Preparing your mind and body,
and gaining confidence to surgery.

We prepare for almost everything in life: a meeting, an exam, a date, the birth of a child, holidays, a trip… We know that adequate preparation not only improves our performance, but also gives us more security. So, why not prepare your mind and body for surgery?

We know that the time before any surgical procedure is marked by specific medical preparations, but also by anxiety and fear. So we created a program to care for you right now.

Why is this preparation so important? Because the one-week immersion in our preoperative program ensures detoxification and strengthening of your body through the Kur Longevity Diet, the full functioning of the metabolism and it also allows for gains and improvements in the healing process.

Furthermore, the physical and psychosocial therapies prescribed by our doctors, psychologists, nutritionists, physiotherapists and other health professionals not only enhance your body’s defenses, but also your confidence.

Finally, the comfort and care of our entire team, plus the fresh mountain air, amid the beautiful landscapes typical of the Gaucho Sierra, also contribute to make you feel safe, prepared and confident. Preparing for surgery is an act of caring and responsibility for yourself.

Some benefits of this program:

• Increases security to undergo the procedure;
• Improves cardiorespiratory conditions for anesthesia;
• Increases pre-surgery control of stress and anxiety;
• Better chances of recovery and less postoperative complications;
• Improves tissue oxygenation and wound healing;
• strengthens muscles for maintaining the functionality and autonomy after surgery;
• Improves metabolic adaptation and body weight;
• Reduces or normalizes hypertension;
• Improves coagulation markers.
